Custom Family Portrait With Pets

So how do you get one? The process is very straight forward 

1. Purchase the custom family portrait, you can choose how many people/pets you want at checkout.
2. Once we receive your order we will email you requesting photos of everyone. You can send as many photos as you like. We will need to see the following:
1. We need a good clear headshot of each person, facing this way and smiling.
2. We need some photos of the people stood together so we can see heights and body shape and size. 
3. We also need photographs showing the clothes you want us to draw the people in. You can also look for outfits online. 
4. We will need photos of the pets (if applicable) and it's helpful to know their breed and how big they are when sat down. i.e where they come up to on you.
3. We will then create your portrait and send it to you for feedback where you can request changes if required. Edits are free as long as they are within the initial brief. 
4. If you opted for a high resolution digital file then your customized portrait will be emailed to you as soon as it is finished. If you opted for a canvas print then your print will arrive approximately 2-10 business days after completion. Delivery time depends on your location. 
5. Production time for your portrait once all photos have been received is around 2-5 business days. If you need it sooner please get in touch and we will see what we can do. A 'rush fee' may apply.
